Refund Policy

To confirm a booking, a 20% deposit is required.

If a booking is cancelled more than two weeks before the scheduled event date, the deposit will be fully refunded.

For cancellations made within two weeks of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable. For bookings made less than two weeks in advance, the 20% deposit is also non-refundable.

The remaining 80% balance is due within three calendar days of the event (not three working days) and is not refundable, as it's made after the service has already been provided.
