Booking Policy
At Sunshine Groovy Sounds, we believe in full transparency. We would like to emphasise that there are no hidden costs with us. What you see on the page is the total price you pay - VAT, transportation and everything else is already included. The only exception would be if we'd have to travel very far outside of London - in that case we would additionally ask for a slight mileage compensation.
The booking process:
1. You send an inquiry.
2. We discuss your needs.
3. We send you an online contract to review and sign.
4. We ask for a 20% booking deposit - fully refundable in case of cancellation of up to two weeks before the event. Once deposit is paid, the date is set in stone (unless you decide to re-schedule or cancel).

Please keep in mind that if you're booking the "Hire a sound guy!" service, the minimum call time is four hours. Even if the show only lasts 45 minutes, a proper sound check and pack down needs to take place. We will never charge you more than we actually have worked. The unexpected delays and late finishes, however, do happen and in such an event we are always happy to accommodate. Should that be the case, we would charge for that extra time.
